The Prato yarns offered by Golden Fleece Yarns are made of 100% mulesing free merino wool. Merino wool is very popular because of its softness. Furthermore, the wool is also heat insulating and self-cleaning. Therefore, it is the perfect yarn to use for sweaters and other items. The merino yarns are spun in Italy. The Prato collection consists out of 24 colors which can be easily combined with other yarns from our range.

Suggested needle sizes are 2.5 – 3 mm / US 2 – 3 for crocheting and 3 – 3.5 mm / US 3 – 4 for knitting. The stitch count for 10 x 10 cm is 23 stitches and 32 rows.
